I had a special visitor in Springfield on Wednesday.
Isaac Phelan is a senior at Cissna Park High School and was my Page for the Day.
Isaac actively participates in FFA, the Cissna Park Engineering Club, Track & Field, and the annual Cissna Park Madrigal Show and Musical. He is planning to attend a university this fall (hopefully in Illinois!) to study aviation. He has a bright future!
